Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days. Upon receipt of a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. We will also notify the user who submitted the content and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with our DMCA agent. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complaining party seeks a court order.

ThrillAtlas maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
