•By accessing or using ThrillAtlas you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
•If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
•We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

•ThrillAtlas is a community-driven platform. Content is created and submitted by users worldwide.
•We also publish AI-generated content (summaries, tags, adjusted ratings) clearly labelled as such.
•We do not independently verify the accuracy of community-submitted ride data, ratings, or reviews.
•Ride statistics, operating status, and park information may be outdated. Always confirm with the park directly before visiting.

•You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
•You may not create accounts for the purpose of manipulating ratings or reviews.
•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

•You retain ownership of the content you submit (reviews, photos, lists).
•By submitting content, you grant ThrillAtlas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use that content as part of the platform.
•You must have the right to submit any content you post. Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights.
•You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your reviews and the appropriateness of your submissions.

•Do not post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews.
•Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other community members.
•Do not attempt to manipulate ratings through fake accounts or coordinated activity.
•Do not post illegal content, hate speech, or material that violates others' rights.
•Do not use automated bots or scrapers to access the platform without permission.

•ThrillAtlas uses artificial intelligence to generate ride summaries, sentiment scores, and tags.
•AI-generated content is clearly labelled and may not always be accurate.
•AI summaries are derived from community review data and represent an algorithmic interpretation, not an editorial statement by ThrillAtlas.

•ThrillAtlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
•We are not affiliated with any theme park operator, chain, or manufacturer.
•Ride safety information on the platform should not be relied upon. Always follow official park guidelines.
•We are not liable for decisions made based on content on the platform.
